<p>Portion size is a factor that you must keep in mind to keep blood sugar levels stable and thus prevent inflammatory reactions in the body. It turns out you actually can have too much of a good thing, as even anti-inflammatory foods can provoke an insulin response if we eat too much of them at one sitting. While there’s no need to go to the extreme and weigh every morsel before eating it, when sitting down to a snack or meal, make sure you’re eating one serving size and not three.  As always, common sense prevails: “Moderation in all things.”</p>
