As always, Dr. Perricone recommends plenty of vegetables and at least 25 grams of protein at dinner along with a small amount of a healthy monounsaturated fat (like 1 teaspoon of olive oil or a few olives). A typical Perricone-inspired dinner may look like:
- Grilled fish over a salad.
- Lentil and vegetable soup with herbs and a salad.
- Spinach salad with chicken or roasted turkey.
- Grass-fed beef.
- Apple slices or berries for dessert.
