Healthy Hair, Healthy Skin

by

When it comes to healthy hair, it’s not just what you put on your tresses that counts — it’s what you put in your body, too.

Besides being rich in protein and vitamin D (both are key to strong hair) the omega-3 fatty acids found in this tasty cold-water fish, such as salmon are the true superstar. Your body can’t make those fatty acids, which your body needs to grow hair. About 3% of the hair shaft is make up of these fatty acids. Omega-3s are also found in cell membranes in the skin of your scalp, and in the natural oils that keep your scalp and hair hydrated.

Better-looking hair can start at your next meal.

Which foods do you enjoy for healthy hair and skin?

  1. Diet is as important as other matters to consider if you want to have beautiful skin and I think there are things to consider as well that this page I believe can share.

  2. This is the perfect blog for everyone who hopes to find out about this topic.

You realize so much its almost tough to argue with you
(not that I personally would want to…HaHa). You definitely put a brand
new spin on a subject which has been written about for a long
    time. Excellent stuff, just great!
