Cherry Almond Smoothie

Cherry Almond Smoothie

This smoothie is a bright way to start the day, and tastes sweet simply because of the cherries. Cheers to good health and glowing beauty!

Serves 1

  • 1 cup dark sweet cherries, pitted
  • 2 tbl natural almond butter
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch course salt
  1. Place all ingredients in blender, and puree to the consistency you prefer.
  2. Serve in a glass and enjoy.

Tip: I like to incorporate greens into every meal, and a handful of baby greens in this smoothie is tasty. I personally reach for baby kale for an extra calcium boost, and I like its gritty texture when I don’t blend it too much.
