Where do I find the “before” pics, and the recipes? I just want to make sure I got entered!
Thanks!
Yep…I ttalloy understand this problem! Growing up, we had no shortage of access to all the sugary foods we could ever want, and as a result, I was a very overweight child. In fact, I’ve struggled with my weight almost my entire life. Lately I’ve been reading Tosca Reno’s books about Clean Eating, and some blogs that have really inspired me and taught me a lot! Once you go through the detox (which lasts about two weeks), you don’t even like the taste of all the sugary processed foods! You learn to enjoy the natural sweetness of fruits, etc. By the way…how do they sleep if they get all the sugar before bed?! Yes, sugar is an addiction, as are fats and salts. There is some good reading out there, if you are interested I can give you some titles! Thanks for the comment!
