Q: “Sueane, I have a big wedding that I need to look amazing for. I’m stressed, breaking out and feeling bloated. Why is this happening and what can I do in one week?

Chances are your breakouts (and even bloating) can be attributed to the high levels of stress associated with this event.  With the lack of proper antioxidants and sleep, your body and skin go into “overdrive”, creating adrenal exhaustion. Here are my tips:
