What is your favorite healthy breakfast recipe?
Usually I always have a piece of seared Salmon. The 2nd half of breakfast consists of steel cut oatmeal w/ blueberries or raspberries and cinnamon; or a 3ggg scrambled (1 egg -2 egg whites) & shaved parmesan cheese. Just can’t seem to get away from these 3 choices!
Your idea about turning these ingredients into an on the go smoothie is brilliant. I never thought of doing a smoothie for breakfast. I usually spend too much time cutting up the fruit and adding it all to yogurt or fat free cottage cheese. I am sure your smoothie will cut back on wasted time in my hectic morning schedule. As usual a great post, thanks
