  1. Black pepper can be used in unexpected ways to great effect. It is amazing cracked ovee fresh strawberries, on shaved apple and fennel slaw or sprinkled on a grapefruit carmelized under the broiler. I put it on eggs, cold chicken, dark sauteed greens and even in toasted brown rice tea.

  2. This is great info- who knew black pepper was so beneficial! It will be easy to incorporate more in my diet by sprinkling over salads soups sides and almost anything that’s not sweet! :)
