Plank Pose
- Start in Downward-Facing Dog.
- Draw your torso forward until the arms are perpendicular to the floor. Your shoulders should be directly over the wrists and your abdominals should be drawn in.
- Press your front thighs up as you lengthen your tailbone toward your heels.
- With each exhale feel your ribs soften and your abdominals draw forward.
