What exercises do you do to strengthen your core?

Some years ago I discovered yoga for myself and can only confirm that this is a fabulous way to exercise. The asanas help to balance both, the body and the mind, and are perfect for all those who wish to reverse the aging process. They help regulate the hormone levels in the body, help reduce stress, help restore sleep pattern, and improve mood. Together with the anti-aging diet and Dr. Perricone’s skincare products, yoga constitutes my anti-aging regime. No one can really tell my age.
I have just purchased Dr. Perricone’s Forever Young and it has become a bible of health. I have been motivated to take up yoga again and with the doctor’s advice, lead a healthier lifestyle. My daughter is also an avid follower.
