Easy Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 cage-free eggs
- 1/4 cup organic milk
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Whip eggs and milk in a large bowl until combined well.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute onion until translucent, stirring frequently.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet and cover with lid for 30 seconds.
- Remove lid and with large spoon stir egg mixture, making sure to scrape mixture off bottom of pan.
- Continue to cover and mix until scrambled to desired consistency.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
