Plastic surgery isn’t the only way to get a sculpted look. Adequate protein is vital, because without protein, you will lose contours and definition in your face. This is another reason why a diet rich in salmon is important to maintain a chiseled look of high cheekbones, well-defined jawline, and good eye contours.
Protein cannot be stored in our bodies. For good health and outstanding cellular repair, protein needs to be eaten with each meal, and salmon is an outstanding protein source. Women, however, are very often protein-deficient, which shows up in their faces. Men, on the other hand, do tend to gravitate toward protein and are more likely to go for a burger or steak while women choose a salad – or worse, a cookie. This is one reason (but not the only one) why men appear to age better than women.

It looks great. I like salmon, but it´s a fish with a strong taste, and kind of heavy for sensitive stomach. And it can looks tasty few times a month, but how could we eat salmon every day?
We recommend incorporating omega-3 supplements and/or omega-3 rich foods (like chia seeds, walnuts and flaxseed) into your diet particularly on days you don’t eat salmon.
I am interested in getting my little kids with the program…
perhaps you could start a blog area where people can post recipes that they were able to share with the whole family that their little kids actually ate and liked….
I am convinced that protein balance and Omega 3s are going to help the kids pay attention in school and grow up healthy, but they do not want to take supplements so we are looking for recipes…
PS The whole family loves the nutritive cleanser…my husband’s skin has improved since I moved it from the counter to the shower and he uses it now…
That’s a great idea and we will keep it in mind. For more anti-inflammatory recipes, visit http://www.perriconerecipes.com/.
