All of this is so inspiring, but I have tried your diet recommendations a few times and always have to stop because the servings you describe are so small. I do not doubt for a second that your plan would lead to weight loss! But I am a very thin and very active woman, and I simply need way more calories or I lose weight and start to feel weak. Will it be as effective to triple the serving sizes? Or are the small portions key to the anti-inflammatory strategy? I would really like to know how to modify the calories because I am motivated to follow these diet recommendations, but I need enough nutrients to sustain me at my current weight.
