Watercress & Brie-Topped Artichoke Hearts
Yields 18 servings
Ingredients
- One 9oz box of frozen artichoke hearts
- 2/3 cup cooked chopped watercress (2 bunches trimmed)
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 18 thin slices brie
Preparation
- Preheat broiler.
- Prepare artichoke hearts according to package directions.
- Combine watercress, lemon pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Top each artichoke with the watercress mixture and brie.
- Broil until cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.

this looks good, but i am confused about a couple of thigs:
how much spinach do you use? (called for in step 4 but not listed in ingredients)
What do you do with the items yuou set aside in the small bowl (in step 3)

Our apologies, the recipe does not call for spinach, it is referring to the watercress mixture (recipe now corrected).
