What’s In Your Beach Bag?
When hitting the beach, it’s important to remember a few items to keep your skin and body healthy. Here are some beach bag must-haves:

- Stock Up On Healthy Snacks – Don’t let your blood sugar dip while you’re busy playing beach volleyball or swimming. Try refreshing frozen berries, almonds, or a healthy bite bar to keep your energy levels up.
- Bring Your Own Shade – It’s important to get 15-20 minutes of sun exposure during off peak hours, but that’s not an excuse to let yourself bake in the sun for hours at a time. Bring a hat or use a sun umbrella to give your skin a much needed break from the sun.
- Skip the Chemicals – Many sunscreens are filled with chemicals that can aggravate sensitive skin. Opt for a non-chemical sunscreen to protect your skin and avoid irritation.
