The Perfect Summer Routine for Dry Skin

Cleanse: Use a mild, soap-free liquid gentle cleanser or bar to wash your face in the morning and at night. Never rinse with hot water as it can dry the skin.

Moisturize: Apply moisturizer when your skin is damp to “lock-in” the moisture.  Choose a moisturizer that contains phospholipids and tocotrienols to help nourish and hydrate your skin.

Protect: Dry skin produces less oil than other skin types, so it is more vulnerable to inflammation.  Use a non-chemical sunscreen of at least SPF 30 and apply a marble sized amount to cover your face and two ‘marbles’ to cover your neck and chest.

  1. Can a product that has titanium dioxide be call “organic certified” or give the impression of be “botanicals”. It is very confusing the information I read in the internet. Can titanium dioxide be related to cancer?. The internet quotes studies from 1969 or so…
