Summer Diary
I’ve noticed that my patients who keep a written journal of their progress often achieve better, faster and more dramatic results. They tend to feel much more in control of their lives. And best of all, recording their experiences in a daily journal enables them to track their progress and stay motivated! We all know what it’s like to start a new program with great enthusiasm – only to find that enthusiasm wane after a week or two.
