My father uses tons of pepper and tabasco on everything. He is 89 years old and still works full time and exersices.
Have you ever thought about a line
of food products based on the anti-inflammatory way of life?
I’d buy.
I have a question about Dr. Perricone’s recommended foods:
I love mayonnaise, especially in the Provençal form called Aïoli, which is mayonnaise with garlic.
I make it myself, either by hand or using by using my beloved French food processor from Magimix, which makes this wonderful condiment on a slow speed in order not to oxidize the fragile oils.
I always use an equal mixture of organic extra virgin olive oil from Italy and organic Danish extra virgin rapeseed oil giving it a mild taste and, of course, giving my body lots of healthy Omega – oils.
Naturally, I use organic eggs, organic mustard and organic mustard, sea salt and organic pepper when making it.
Is this something Dr. Perricone would recommend?
This sounds like a good alternative to unhealthy processed mayonnaise found on most grocery store shelves. With that said, we recommend you use this in moderation.
Thank you for your reply.
And sorry about the spelling mistakes …
