Beach Buddies
In an ideal world, we would exercise at least five times per week for 30-45 minutes per day. Unfortunately, work, family obligations, chores, and life in general provide plenty of excuses to skip your workout routine. A good way to help reduce the urge to skip your workout is to enlist a buddy. Set goals and make a commitment to encourage each other to work out even on busy days. And during the summer months, take your workout out of the gym and try exercising on the beach or in a local park. The fresh air and change of scenery will only continue to increase fitness motivation for you and your buddy.
