Trap caught shrimp are a tasty and healthy addition to any diet. The added garlic in this recipe not only adds flavor, but also gives the dish a powerful boost by lowering blood cholesterol and protecting the liver.
Garlic Shrimp
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
8 Cloves Garlic, Slivered
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1lb. Large Shrimp
¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
Lemons for garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine garlic with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and shrimp.
2. Marinate shrimp for 1 hour in refrigerator.
3. Heat olive oil and sauté shrimp for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and serve.

This is my favorite seafood. I could propably eat shrimp at least 3 time a week. Hot, cold or in salad.
