Roasting is a great way to change up your vegetable routine. It works beautifully on a variety of vegetables, including cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts, and requires very little prep time.

Hi, Dr. Perricone! Some time ago you recommended avoiding aluminum cookware, and I instantly thought aluminum foil was forbidden as well. But now that you mention it, is it that aluminum foil is not bad for our health?? I’ll be looking forward to your answer!

I like to do this with other veggies like broccili and asparagus , carrots, garlic, olive oil wrap in foil and put on grill. In summer you can add zuchinii too!
