The 28-Day Start Fresh Challenge is a superb opportunity to jump start your fitness program. Over the next few weeks we will focus on integrating an effective exercise routine into your life.
Yoga, strength training and aerobic exercise can all be part of your exercise routine, but where do you start? Don’t let any perfectionist tendencies block you from even beginning. So often our need for the perfect exercise program (or for that matter the perfect diet) stops us from beginning anything. Don’t let the need for perfection stop you from doing something beneficial for yourself. For this week: START MOVING!

Don’t worry about choosing the perfect exercise routine, everyone is different, and different people require different programs. This week as you get moving, you will start to discover tools and tricks to keep you moving. I am here as a teacher to shine a light on YOUR inner teacher, supporting you to Start Fresh.
Over the next week, what can you do to start moving? One suggestion is going outside and greeting Spring with a brisk walk or a combo of walking and running. Or my favorite is a Sun Salutation sequence that will get you moving on your yoga mat at home. Which one is the best choice for this week? The one that gets YOU moving!
