The fountain of youth did not spew forth diet soda or orange juice – it’s always been good old H20. If you don’t drink water, your organs and cells cannot function. It’s also a great weapon to put out the inflammation fire that consumes our youth. We recommend you drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. Avoid tap water – it may contain compounds like heavy metals that you don’t need (and may be bad for you). Treat yourself to delicious-tasting spring water: there are many to choose from. And be sure to avoid chlorinated water whenever possible.
