    I have a question. Every morning I eat raw oats (rolled oats or oats with sprouts) mixed with keffir or jogurts and Flax seed sprouts. However I have read a few times that oats shouldn’t be eaten raw. Is that true? Do I have to make porridge for example? Or do they need to be toasted?
