I am putting your good advice regarding diet to use immediately. I wonder if you’d mind spelling the active ingredients of the topicals you mentioned. Also, if there are several brand names or generics that are easily tracked down.
Hi Dr. Perricone
I love your site, it is so full of wonderful information, I am just a little confused and want to start a good regimen of skin care and supplements from you. Can you help me?
I am 53 years ols and have flacid skin and wrinkles on my face, have tried everything, I eat well, but no cremas work..What should I order ? I think DMAE, plus vitamin c esther and lipoic acid sound wonderful and hopeful for me, also if you can suggest besides the topical creams ,which supplements I should order as well? Thanks for your help
Thanks for the great tips Dr Perricone! I have 2 questions and they have to do with my RLRM MS. Q1. Does MS contribute to the overall signs of aging Q2. Can you recommend anything (foods, supplements or topicals) that would address the unique concerns of people with MS as it pertains to aging? Thanks again!
