  1. I track my calories and physical activity as well as live the Perricone Lifestyle. Before I lived the Perricone way, I was always extremely over or under my daily recommended calories…..now that I follow the Perricone lifestyle, I am always under, but, always around the same amount of calories….I do not count my calories as I eat….but i track what I eat and so at the end of the day I know how many calories I consummed and how many I burned….usually I am way under…and i love seeing that….I can see it on the scale too. Love Dr. Perricone!!

  2. I meant to add….I had a white eggs and asparagus omelette and it recorded something like 50 calories and I thought…what? impossible….well, when i read this blog, it all made sense…asparagus is so low in calories…I am so glad I love all the healthy items on this lifestyle, like fish salmon, veggies. Thank you Dr. Perricone for sharing your knowledge with us.
