Pick Me Up PEP Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened yogurt or kefir
1 tbsp Perricone MD PEP
½ cup mixed fruit combo — melon, berries, peaches, nectarines, etc.
Water to thin if needed.
Preparation:
Put in blender and blend until smooth.
This recipe is only limited by your imagination and the fresh or frozen fruit choices you have on hand.

I love smoothies. When I cannot get good, fresh fruit in season, is it okay to use frozen fruit instead?

I’ve tried this smoothie! It’s wonderful. A variation I’ve used too is that I’ve added to my smoothie is to add Dr. Perricone’s superfood supplement -Acai Berry Powder. Love love love it!
It’s a terrfic way I start my day or satisfy a cool creamy craving, while knowing my body is getting the essential nutrients it needs.
