Hello,
I read the Acne prescription and I've been following the anti-inflammatory diet. I have a couple of questions which are not addressed in the book:

1) what are the pros and cons of adapalene topic solution (such as Differin)?

2) what are your recommendations about other cereals such as rye kamut, spelt. Are these pro- or anti-inflammatory?

Thank you very much, it's been very helpful to read you.

I have another question!
In your videos you mention that you have seen great lifting results with DMAE and micro stimulation.
Which of your products would be the best to use directly before micro stimulation?
