  1. Great message – good to remind people to really think about their food, and that Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be just about the turkey! I personally prefer fresh salmon and ahi sashimi. :)

    Cinnamon is wonderful – I add it to my meals daily. So many great benefits.

    Turmeric is another great one to incorporate into your daily cooking.
