Keeping well hydrated in southern California is a serious challenge.I use a bottled water that has electrolytes (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and potassium bicarbonate)and no sodium, carbs, proteins or fat.The electrolytes keep me from reaching for a caffeinated drink in the afternoon, but apparently don't fulfill the antioxidant needs.I need to try SBP w/Acai!
