		<description>I switched about 70-80% of my daily diet to Dr.Perricone&#039;s diet, and i have to say i&#039;m seing great results in my skin, energy level and weight. I had full phisical last month and my lab results were PERFECT! The only thing left to work on is redusing sugar cravings :)I sure will keep following Dr.Perricone&#039;s advise.</description>
