I am about to turn 63 and I can honestly say that I have tried everything that I could afford (and some that I couldn’t) over the past 15 years to retain a youthful quality to my skin. I read whatever I can to track new possibilities. I am a skeptical person, trained as a social scientist to question what I read. Dr. Perricone’s books and products are distinctive because he takes a holistic approach to skin care–that is what has convinced me to take him seriously. That and the results of the products I have used. Advanced face firming activator and related moisturizers have made a fantastic difference in my skin’s tone and glow. And of course I follow his advice about eating–which is very much in line with what we know today to be good for health generally. I am excited at the idea of a free product. Whether free or not, I will continue to track Dr. Perricone’s research, advice, and products. And to use them!

I’ve done the 3 day face lift diet many times and EVERY time I get people commenting on it… saying awesome things like “your skin is glowing” or “your skin looks taut” (both are exact quotes!). Much to my boyfriend’s wallet’s dismay, I try to order salmon whenever I am out at a restaurant. Salmon! Fatty acids! I’m a believer! I’d LOVE to be entered in any drawing that might result in Perricone products for me!!
