I cannot wait to try all of your products as the science behind them seems to be as inpeccable as the good doctor himself and good luck in all you do…and I simply adore the new website!
I have a question please. Since November when I was laid off from work I have been without insurance and my medications. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis. I was on methotrexidate and folic acid. I also had an IV of Remecaid every 2 months. What can I do now to feel better? I can barely move, stay completely inflammed and have a lot of pain. Should I start supplements or change my diet? I would appreciate any help. Sick and tired of being sick and tired. Thanks.
Thank you for inquiry and interest in Dr. Perricone’s philosophy and teachings. Dr. Perricone’s products and advice are not meant to supercede or be a substitute for prescriptions or your physicians treatment plan. His lifestyle recommendations are intended to provide guidelines to improve your overall health and well being by introducing anti-oxidants into your system both internally and externally. Certainly you can follow Dr. Perricone’s diet, which is an easy way to ease into his program. After that stage we would suggest you share the PerriconeMD supplement ingredients with your physician who could best advise what and when you should begin to introduce new nutrients into your system. Give Dr. Perricone’s 3 day anti-inflammatory diet a try – we are convinced you will marvel at the results!!
Is there a spa retreat that I can go to that uses Dr. Perricon’s diet, products, supplements? Where I can lean hands on his philosophy and get out of this world for like a week or 2 or 3?
I also have a question – I am osteopenic and need to get enough calcium in my diet, which I like to do from foods as well as supplements. I know about the vegetables which are high in calcium, are dairy foods (milk, cheese, etc.) ok with the Perricone lifestyle? Thanks!
I would like to ask a question. My daughter who is 13 years of age had an acne on her nose. What can I do to stop her acne from spreading all over her face?
