  1. 2 Questions:

    (1) Is this Astaxanthin good for the liver ?
    I have a feeling it might be….??? I have been searching for some clues…

    (2) While reading and learning about those ingredients you’ve mentioned in your posts, especially # 7 – CoQ10, #5 – Acetyl-L-Carnitine and #4 – Carnitine , It seems like these super supplements must be so efficient in the process of burning fats. That’s great! However, if one side of platform is busy loading people in the train ( like bringing fats to mitochondria to burn ) then, on the other side of the platform it will be filled with people coming out from the train….you know what I am saying? What kind of nutrients or food would be good to deal with this waste products(?), like Ketone bodies or other by-products which might be prone to inflammation?? In other words, people who are on diets sometimes get headaches, muscle aches, or fever and so on…..what would you recommend as supplements or food or actions to deal with these, maybe, temporary bothersome process to make it easier to get through.? Maybe drinking lots of water would help and maybe your anti-inflammatory food would help but more specifically what kind of nutrients, food or actions would help solve this dilemma?
