Anti-inflammatory foods rich in carotenoids (and antioxidants) include broccoli, cauliflower, winter squash, red and yellow peppers, cantaloupe, spinach, kale, egg yolks lobster, shrimp, salmon, and red caviar. These foods are loaded with nutriotious things like vitamin c ester and pycnogenol.



I started this diet about 7 years ago when the first book came out. I have been following it ever since but I also found that I was in remission with my RA. My RA factor has been negative and so along with enjoying wonderful skin the best plus has been living without RA.
