  1. I started this diet about 7 years ago when the first book came out. I have been following it ever since but I also found that I was in remission with my RA. My RA factor has been negative and so along with enjoying wonderful skin the best plus has been living without RA. I have been in remission for a long time and have never felt better. thank you Dr Perricone!
